The Qwest Center Omaha Arena is big! A six-story building can fit inside the space and there is plenty of space backstage, too. The Arena has 7 locker rooms, 5 dressing rooms, a media interview room and broadcast facilities.
Major sporting events in the Qwest Center Omaha Arena include the 2010 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships, the 2008 NCAA Division I Women’s Volleyball Championship, the 2008 NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball 1st and 2nd Rounds and the 2008 U.S. Olympic Team Trials for Swimming.
