During this hands-on Italian cooking class around our famous oak table you will:

- Prepare a classic slow-cooked Bolognese and a vibrant puttanesca sauce.
- Cook a traditional Tuscan ribollita — a hearty bread and bean soup.
- Sit down together to enjoy your creations with free-flowing wine.
